so where does the which hunt end. Hated Crawford and his style of coaching everywhere he has gone but come on. I would imagine kicking players in the back and putting hands on players while yelling at them used to be the norm. The line in the sand has been drawn and I get that, it is a good line, but can't the league just say physical abuse of players will not be tolerated from today on wards. I mean my parents used to smack me when I miss-behaved, now parents are no longer allowed to. Should my parents be charged?

that is f***ing disgusting and reprehensible, and everyone involved should be f***ing ashamed of themselves for acting like petulant teenagers because they're afraid of twitter warriors typing mean words at them

It's not splitting hairs, your analogy just isn't very good. There is a vast difference between being fired for a job that you're not entitled to because you're an asshole and facing criminal charges. Let's not pretend they are the same thing.

so far there are three players claiming Crawford kicked or did something to them.
Sopel on spitting chicklets last year, Patrick O'Sullivan in his book and now Avery.

Seems like a which hunt.

Maybe there's current allegations within the organization? Maybe twitter has nothing to do with it and people just don't want to have to deal with assholes in the workplace anymore? Maybe getting outraged on the internet about people getting outraged on the internet is a tad ridiculous? Maybe we should wait and see what happens?

As of right now there are no current allegations with in the organization. That would definitely change the conversation. If you want to wait till all facts are out fair enough..maybe take your own advise then and do so.
