Flyers down 3-0 with over 7 min left and AV pulls the goalie, isles getthe EN right away.

AV showing why he'll never win a Cup.

that and the fact Thomspon should have rented a car and driven him and Braun out of the bubble on Saturday. Awful...they suck, the worse they play, the more ice time they get
You idea about this not being much of an upset is looking pretty good. NYI starting to look like 2012 Kings?

That's a good comparison. Team relying on team play and stingy d and a goalie playing out of his mind. Tough team, leading in hits, lock down in 3rd. Low scoring for the most part, using defense and forechecking and getting goal soff that.
And Trotz is a great coach.

And I'm listening to way too many post game analysts calling Giroux a top playoff performer who needs to start scoring. Some of them should do their homework.
Okay, has 3 goals in his last 28 playoff games and onliy 1 since April 2012. No impact shifts, gave up on him being 'that guy' in the playoffs when he shrived up vs Rangers in 2012. I moved on from him years ago.
He's hasn't been a playoff performer in 8 years. Not a money player. NO coincidence that he began to shrink when Richards left and the weight of being that kind of money player fell on his shoulders.

Man, Avs could not buy a break, even down to the puck rolling into the empty net

Dallas' D and goaltending making the difference so far.

Really phenomenal to see the next wave of young d-men taking over, with Quinn, Heiskanen, Makar really playing humongous roles already

The overwhelming success of the bubble just goes to show how easy it is to contain this pandemic with universal, rapid testing and everyone following basic safety procedures.

Like, imagine if we could rapidly test every single person in an outbreak zone and quickly quarantine the positives. That's basically what they did in SK from the beginning, which is why they've been able to continue operating while idiots in America continue to complain about masks.

There’s a few products on the FDA floor right now (including a test result in 10 seconds And 90% accurate) but the parameters have changed repeatedly be granted an emergency use authorization. The latest has been the device needing to relay the results to the local health care Center. These sort of delays have been terrible for small companies trying to put a rapid test on the market. I’m shocked the FDA is dragging their heels on all this.

Surprise....surprise..the Stars’ size advantage, better defensive coverage and goaltending beats a better-skating, offensive-minded team in the playoffs. At least so far in this series anyway.

Shocked by what is happening in the Colorado/Dallas series so far. Seems Colorado could have used the addition of some experience on the blue line. Maybe they should have been in on Alec Martinez.

Kings really need to add some top end D over the next few years. Their future looks bright up front but they really need a building block back there.

Rutherford said last week, he wants the Pens CAP at around 71M, due to CAP freeeze for 2 yrs. Movinfg JJ, for KK , doens't get them CAP relief. But it is a good underacheiving winger for Sid.
Look for Murray to go next, can't afford both goalies. Malkin's names been on the block for a couple of years, giving CAP issues in NHL, he might go too
