The Columbus Blue Jackets have announced that they will play tomorrow night’s home game against the Pittsburgh Penguins with restricted attendance. The game will be closed to the public, with admission limited to club personnel, credentialed media, broadcast partners, NHL officials and essential arena staff.

Only a matter of time before it’s announced league wide games will be played without fans in attendance.
 
i wanna watch a televised game with no fans

gonna be able to hear all the on-ice conversation, sticks clashing, (hopefully) no obnoxious music to pump the non-existent crowd up

A Utah Jazz player has tested positive for corona. There is going to be tremendous pressure on all sporting events to now be canceled.

What will the American public do without our bread and circuses?

The entertainment and travel industry are going to take a huge hit financially. If you kept some powder dry it may be time to start dipping a toe into some of the stocks in these areas. Once the virus situation is resolved, there is going to be an extreme amount of pent up demand.

If I had to say one way or another, it looks like Kane has been avoiding service of process. It's been 4 months and there is no record of service and no record of legal representation as of end of February. Massive red flags.

I don't think Kane has the money to pay off the Cosmo. There is more that makes me think that but it will come out during the off season. As far as I know, it's still only civil. But what choice is Kane's actions giving the Cosmo?

So the NHL is cancelling all practices, morning skates, and team meetings. These last ten games are gonna get interesting.

Why not just announce the cancellation and be done with it? Sounds weird they're doing it this way.
