Sportsnet: Edmonton Oilers coach Ken Hitchcock’s style of coaching may be wearing thin on their younger players and he’s been asked to be more positive.

Usually takes at least a year before he wears thin. Players too soft or Ken too old and cranky.

Hitchcock at this point in his career is just another recycled coach that needs to be go away. The guy has already retired once. He should stay retired. The NHL rotates these guys around until they just drop dead basically.

I like Faust. The Kings made the absolute right choice for him as pxp guy.
