Took an east coast mini-vacation last week and caught two Devils games. They had six AHLers called up at forward and were using a 7th D to play 4th line LW. Ugggggly. Amazingly they only lost by a goal in both games.

This is the kind of out of the box thinking Blake needs to be doing. Call up one of our goalies from the ECHL to play 2C. Might even be an improvement.

He'll play Kopitar 35 minutes and the young centers can share 8 minutes each on rotation.

Oilers win again. I think they are out of our reach now. Scratch them off the list.

If we could just do something about the Wings and Devils.

Hope the Ducks can rack up more points. I’d prefer to beat those assholes, but I would rather not the Kings overtake them.

Ottawa, I don’t think there is hope for.

NO, and thanks to that, the Avs will have Hughes and MacKinnon on their roster.

Kings have a good shot at #2. Just don't go on a winning streak.

Radulov out of the Stars lineup, for showing up late for practice (didn't he do that before on his old team?) Per Sean Shapiro, who covers the Stars for the Athletic:

"This could be as simple as the Stars enforcing a rule that if you’re late you don’t skate but this is now the second time the team and Radulov have had their issues and it sounds like some people get the sense there might be a problem between the two sides."
