Only things I really care about today are

Detroit misses the playoffs and we face the blues in the first rd.

Other than that I would also love to see Columbus get the 7th spot and make minny get their ***** kicked by the blackhawks in the first round haha

But team performance in both the regular season and post-season should have no bearing on who gets an outdoor game. Plus, Minnesota is the State of Hockeyâ„¢ :laugh:


Still, I rather Lumbus miss. Their fans have been nothing but hateful toward our team for over a year now. **** them.
 
I cannot believe that there are kings fans that would rather see Detroit make the playoffs thank Columbus. It really is head scratching IMHO. We are talking about mother ****ing Detroit here.

^^^^ agree.

The Kings have a pretty good recent record vs Columbus w/ no "terrible, late losses, and/or bad blood." Det...? not so much.
 
NBC reporting that Newy is going to be replaced in Dallas by Detroit assistant GM Jim Nill.

I think it's a good idea for Dallas, Newy never impressed me with his GM skills. I don't really want the Kings ever to turn to a former player that hasn't paid his dues the way Hextall has been doing for a while. The job of GM'ing is very complicated and requires more than just one of the boys to do it.

You mean the Jack Johnson turnover?

I don't blame Bobrovsky on that one. It was a terrible turnover where Jack had no idea what to do afterward. You have an elite player in Weber walking down and he buries it top right. I wouldn't say that's a bad goal.

Jackets tie it. But aren't they done anyway if Detroit and Minnesota win? Gotta root for the BJ's, look at that crowd...
