Shut the hell up JR! Theres no way Brown get's a two game suspension for that hit. "An unsuspecting player going for the puck..."

Best case scenario at this point is us winning tomorrow and beating San Jose and St. Louis winning out against Calgary and a hawks team sitting their stars. We get home ice against st in the first round.

Just seems strange to me. Seems like the NHL just wants to get Brown on the books with a suspension.

Stoll's hit on Fowler this year was worse. Stoll didn't even get a hearing.

Stoll is also a repeat offender.

The NHL has a strange selection for discipline

They're wildly inconsistent. It doesn't help that the hivemind majority here thinks there should be a suspension...

Yeah, but fortunately they don't make the decision.

I think it's kind of funny that Brown has drawn such a following...that hivemind now consists of fans who think they were 'wronged' by brown...Dallas, Phoenix, and Vancouver...hopefully Minny doesn't join that crowd.

As far as this being "Around the League," much like the CBJ situation, Minnesota has to root for us tonight :P last few games here are gonna be realllly interesting!

One thing with the NHL, is that a good desperate team will surely beat a better one unless they are equally as desperate. How the Kings play against San Jose Saturday is going to be very telling, home ice is going to be on the line. There's no excuse for not getting up for that one.

Atleast the sharks know how to turn up their game and show up unlike the kings today.

They found out during intermission that they had been eliminated from the Playoffs.

Knowing how much they hate LA, they might as well purposely lose to screw us over in the standings. I guarantee you that if they lose this, Phoenix fans will be like, "Oh well, at least this drops LA in the standings."

I don't expect the Yotes to mail it in. A lot of those guys are playing for Jobs.
