Not surprising considering the source. It's no wonder why most of their fan base are polluted with the vile those guys spew each night.

Seems weird to me that the Ducks are talking about the Kings at all on a night where they're A) not playing and B) not playing the Ducks.

I checked Enroth's stats and he had a save % ranging from 9.03 - 9.19 in Buffalo and Dallas but 9.22 and 2.17 GAA with us. He tanked in 6 games with the Leafs with a 8.72 S% and a 3.94 GAA. I remember that Enroth was solid for us but he moved on because he wanted more games. Tough year for him, getting sent down to the AHL and then traded. Our system gets the best out of goalies, I guess. If I was a backup goalie for L.A., I'd never want to leave. Unless my name was Martin Jones.
Evidently Hackett and Tokarski are injured.

I know it's a 7th rounder but why didn't they just claim Gust from Edmonton to fill in till their AHL goalies get healthy.
Perhaps it's because the Gulls have a game tonight? To get Gustavsson down the AHL, they would have had to have waived him again which would have taken another 24 hours. I forget if there's any CBA mandated "minimum" stay that a guy claimed on waivers has to remain on the parent roster; namely you can't immediately waive a guy that you were awarded on waivers.

ya I forgot about that it a set number of days or a number of games. If either are met they can be re-waived.

Hmmm...can't stop talking **** about the kings during their games, Boudreau copying our style/system when he was still with the ducks, trading for ex-kings....
I disagree and think they go 7-3 route. This would expose Ekholm or Josi. Either way they will be losing a good player. LA is set up better than most other teams.

F: Forsberg, Neal, Johansen, Arvidsson
D: Josi, Subban, Ekholm, Ellis
Vegas would probably pick between Colin Wilson or Craig Smith. Wilson has shown flashes but never seemed to be able to put it together. Smith has potted 20 a few times, but is replaceable from a Nashville perspective.
Minnesota will be an interesting team since they have five D worth protecting.
