Boy do I love Ahlers and Hayward. At the second intermission they were bragging how Anaheim is the best in the league in the 3rd. Give up the fewest goals, invincible etc. -- 25 seconds in...

While the Ducks winning is a horrid thought, the Blues winning is a horrid event

Everybody chill, otherwise this will end up a ghost town like the HF forums of a couple teams I can think of.

We can agree to disagree, lean back, and have a cool drink.

It's all good. It's alright.

I guess this is what three years of bad hockey drives some people insane. I really don't get the personal attacks or being so attached that one is insulted by any criticism towards the team.

Man, this makes me miss the old newsgroup discussions, when I was young and naive enough to think that Petr Klima and Ed Olczyk could actually make the Kings a better team.

Anyhow, I'm not abandoning or quitting on this team nor am I going to avoid talking about it. Love the sport and I enjoy talking about it. That's why I'm here.

I don't hold any grudges towards posters nor do I attack anyone unless provoked, but hey, some people take opinions so about this team so seriously. As if I enjoy seeing this team struggle. I don't get any enjoyment out of it. It's a struggle and at times excruciatingly boring to watch, but I still sit through it, whether it's crappy or not. But no ****ing way am I going to be a shill and pay to witness it live, especially with the escalating costs. I'm not even tempted to find any deals on StubHub.

So back on topic, Blues play the Isles tomorrow, and the Isles are hanging on to the last playoff spot by a point. They will put up a fight (I hope).

The Kings also need help from the Flames, as they're playing the Jets tomorrow. Even OD and Stoll said last night that the Flames are not the team the Kings can catch up to, they just have to focus on St. Louis.

FLames are gonna cool off. No way they just win literally nonstop. It's ****ing Brian Elliott, and he's approaching game 40, when he turns into a pumpkin.

Flames have three games left against the Kings, two against the Ducks and two against the Sharks remaining. They also play the Avs and Stars before the end of the season.

The Kings will need their help later this month when they play the Blues. In addition to outside help, the Kings havevto help themselves with an extended winning streak.

No need for StubHub deals when you can go through BigKing with no fees haha.

People are seriously going to leave the board because they stopped winning? Must have a 2012 or later join date.

Kings fans built up a pretty good sense of humor. Needed to. Time to reach back, tap into that and become draft experts again.

Haha. I vividly recall how I thought Mark Parrish and Brent Sopel would get that 05-06 back into first form as LA plummeted out of a playoff spot.

I didnt care about trading Tambellini, I knew he was too small for the league, but I was pissed to lose Grebeshkov. That deal was terrible.

I apologize to the board and especially ZS
for my posts last night and probably have to admit that I have been too attached to this team again ,I train technical and sales for a living and have watched sale teams effected by negative thinking to the point it eats at me and it is contagious where one well met criticism turns into .......... Hope you get my point ........looking forward to happy times Go Kings Go

Pretty sick of having to play teams during their ridiculous hot streaks...will be interesting to play Washington when they're relatively normal. But Washington, Florida (who has since cratered), CBJ (same), Flames (ongoing), Wild, Coyotes, etc.

our team may suck, our roster may suck, we may have traded and drafted poorly, yaddi yadda

but this year, was the unluckiest year i have ever witnessed for the Kings

they don't get any breaks whatsoever

i feel this is the best Kings roster (or effort) we've had over the past three seasons, but we're getting absolutely NO HELP!

Tambellini ended up playing more games in the NHL than Grebeshkov. By the way, Grebeshkov, 33 years old. What? That seems like yesterday.

Grebeshkov even being brought up is funny. Like anything else in life I guess, when things are going good, the past doesn't matter, but when the ship starts taking on some water, fingers start getting pointed. You can see how teams fall apart. When they're winning, everyone loves each other. Lose for a bit, and players are greedy, and players don't like the coach, and the coach doesn't like this or that guy, and the GM gets blamed for living in the past, but then fans plop themselves into the past and look at every move made by the GM. Winning really does cure all.
