Elliotte Friedman on Edmonton's 630 CHED show yesterday. theorized that he feels Tyson Barrie, will be traded and also on a Justin Faulk for Nugent-Hopkins trade.

Later in the conversation, on if he thinks Tyson Barrie is the most likely to go of the right-shot defensemen:

“I did a game there where Montreal was in Denver. Don Meehan was there at the time with Craig Oster. They’re the Newport guys who handle Barrie. I just got the impression from everybody involved that they weren’t really even in the same ballpark.

If the Avs do move Barrie I would think they'd need another top 3 dman to replace him. I could see Florida having the assets to pull off such a trade, or imagine a blockbuster with Montreal where the Avs include one of their top young forwards for Subban and Gallagher or something along those lines. That'll make for an exciting offseason.

Nah blues lost. NHL will have to correct the score because of bad bounces and calls. Sharks actually won 6-1 because those posts beat the goalie, a quick whistle, a couple of bad calls, and an extra goal awarded for the pp they should have gotten for goalie interference on the waived off goal.

And the Sharks should've been on the pp for the final 2 min because there was like 8 missed penalties after the goalie was pulled.
