I don't get why they're complaining that the initial call from the referee wasn't goalie interference. They're saying, "The ref can't just review whatever he wants." No, he can't but he CAN review goalie interference whether or not he called it on the ice.

Sharks fans are raging. Seems like every loss they suffer from is at the hands of the refs according to them. They're hella pissed.

Just think how "hella pissed" they'd have been if Pavelski got a penalty too?
Interfering with the goalie tends to get you a 2 min penalty, in the playoffs it's a wash.

Sharks were doing this to Quick back in 2014. Every chance they got they were throwing our own dmen into Quick and getting away with it and NOW they get a disallowed goal because someone does it to them and they're butt hurt over it... give me a break...

There is so much gold going on in this GIF, from the exhausted last line falling over the boards, to the comical first row of fans. Guy who knocks off his own hat, oblivious guy texting then assaulted, guy who looks like he's about to hurl, etc. GOLD!

It's funny that anytime a team loses, that fanbase puts all the blame on the refs. It has really gotten out of control this year. Fans just can't admit that they lost because the other team was better. It's pretty ridiculous. This is not even just to Sharks fans, everyone is doing it.

I love it. I watched it a couple of times already. Reminds me of Drew falling over the boards after we won in OT against the Hawks. :(

Just so much win in this gif.

Nashville is impressive, they have one of the best top-4 D groups in the league. The Johansen trade reminds me so much of the Carter trade, as both teams gave up significant D men to Columbus for a competent centerman. And both teams were able to fill those holes on D internally.

To be fair, the refs have been horrible in every single series.

Did you just compare Jones to JMFJ? Jones>>JMFJ and I am a Johnson fan. That said the carter deal was not a 1 for 1, so value was adjusted.

At the time we thought JJ was on the cusp of breaking out and he was seen as a big part of our blueline, obviously Jones is the better player. The Johansen-Jones trade was more high profile, but the two trades oddly parallel each other, both leading to each team's playoff success.

at the time no way was Johnson held in the same level of view as Jones. but that is why LA had to add a 1st.

Be interesting to see what Jones re-signs for..I like what the blue jackets are doing

FFS its obvious Johnson isn't as good as...forget it. The trades sort of parallel each other, D for C.

That Sharks fan. It's a long night.

They beat us. But their revenge is not complete if they don't win the Cup. That's the only way to avenge that humiliating reverse sweep.

Especially after being up 2-0 in this series; if they melt down now....

Very true. But just like the regular season, SJ's penalty differential is immense--they were 2nd in the regular season (if it weren't for Minnesota being so soft AND divey they'd be 1) and they're first in the playoffs. Their penalty differential of 6 is FOUR MORE than anyone else who made the 2nd round. So all the whining from their media and staff about getting jobbed is ridiculous. It's like if they don't get it 100% their way something is horribly wrong.
