The Pacific is not a good conference this year, Kings are lucky in that regard.

Kings are in first place after 13 games with only one line consistency scoring; yup, that should tell you all you need to know about this crappy division.

Currently watching Sabres vs Canucks. Would be nice if Vancouver loses against such a horrible team. 2-1 so far.

I was asking too much...2-2...

Like I said horrible, Canucks forwards are doing everything they want. If Jake McCabe is their future on the backend, than they can better quit.

Lovely 3-2 Sabres, 16 seconds to go. All because of Ennis.

I still hate the Lucic trade and don't understand trading Miller with the uncertainty of Voynov.

I'll bite--if we didn't have Lucic, who is in our top six instead? And you don't think management considered the lack of Voynov?

Not to mention Colin Miller made the Bruins because their D was injured and crap, he was about their #8, just like he was here...glad he's making his way but my god people are waxing poetic about this guy. A lot of noise about a #6 d-man with potential to do more.

This board is overly fixated on 'giving up' on guys like Colin Miller and friggin Roland McKeown. Meanwhile, Lucic is leading the team in hits, has put up 8 points to be 4th on the team, and is power forwarding his way around anyone that will get near him, and crusing around at a CF% of 50 freaking 6 point 4, all for the price tag of 3,250,000.

Even if it was a lot to give up--and I agree it was, but not to the supersonic degree it's been chimed in on here--this team is in tough without Lucic. They're not in tough without Miller--McBain has adequately handled the bottom pairing and he's certainly not better than Marty and Muzzin at this point--, they're not in tough without Jones, and the mystery box does nothing.

Sorry but this board's inability to enjoy itself is exhausting sometimes.

This team is in the toilet without Lucic. He allows guys to slot in proper spots. He is a prototypical Kings kind of guy.

Miller is good, but I'm actually higher on Gravel. Neither would have made the Kings this year regardless.

For 1 season. I just think Lombardi has paid too much for rentals recently

Sharks are spectating; Perry gets behind and them and easily beats Jones.

Quick Poll:

When ANA plays SJS, who do you root for? Do circumstances make the difference? My position: much rather see the Ducks beat the Sharks, everything else being equal.

Either way, make it a 2 point game.

Calgary already up on Pit 3-1, lol. Guess they're finding their legs

I hate both teams. I can't find myself rooting for either. I guess root for sharks to keep use ducks at the bottom of the standings.

Bieksa has to be the ugliest mother ****er in the league. He isn't doing himself any favors by making faces after a penalty he is clearly guilty of.

Two fights break out in San Jose, and Hayward is calling for Sharks' instigator penalties on both of them.

The camera missed both starts. So I have no way of knowing whether Hayward is right or wrong. But given his blatant homerism, I have my doubts.

We have a better understanding of why Ducks fans constantly cry foul when their players get touched. We can all thank Hayward for that.

I have definitely noticed if you watch ducks broadcasts and listen to Hayward, you will have a much better understanding of the random **** their fans claim/***** about on the forums and to some degree in person.

Most of us are aware how terrible Hayward is. Hell, most of the time I just mute the TV and turn on the radio broadcast or I tune Hayward out (it's actually easier than you think).
