Around the League 15-16 Part 2

Bob Mckenzie wrote an article about 'the kids' on various NHL teams that are going to pass the 9 game mark and remain in the NHL. I've watched quite a few games on NHL center ice and have been very impressed by the kids on different teams. And the CAP constraints is making it easier for GM"s to make that call. You get a young player playing really well and can get him in the first 3 years, where most elite young players continue to improve, on the cheap.

At the bottom of the article, there is a bit about Josh Ho Sang, whose risky attitude and behavior is continuing to add up.

New York Islander first-round pick (28th overall in 2014) Josh Ho Sang was not named last week to either of the OHL Subway Super Series rosters against the Russians, which allows us to draw this obvious conclusion: Ho Sang is not on Hockey Canada's radar for the 2016 national junior team.

He cites that Ho Sang is not able to control his temper or high risk game and doesn't appear to be in Hockey Canada's plans.

It's a shame to see how his attitude is really affecting his future. First class talent and no class attitude = disaster.

Hockey Canada has come to love and embrace speed and skill -- last year's gold-medal team was as good as it gets in both areas -- but Ho Sang's performance at summer camp, passable as it was overall, was marred by a penchant to play high-risk hockey in specific instances (overtime, for example) where some caution or discretion was required.

Ho Song has always been known as a hot head. At some point it is up to him to turn that around.

LOL Blackhawks.

EDIT: I am watching a Classics game. LOL

Still LOL Blackhawks.

If you thought the Kings PP is bad, you should see how dreadful the Pens are. And they have Crosby, Malkin, Letang, Kessel, etc. and did nothing with a two-man advantage.

No wonder it's so quiet there.

Sharks are reporting 12,000 but the tweet by that guy questions it.

José bias-announcers notwithstanding, Martin Jones looked pretty bad on that goal.

Mike Brown, what a goon. Has zero hockey talent. Amazing he is still in the league.
