I remember how pissed Boudreau was with Getzlaf after that drop pass to Edmonton in overtime, calling him out on the postgame.

So this actually doesn't surprise me. Feel bad for Getzlaf on some level...still, he's got to be aware out there on the ice, just absolutely inexcusable to do that.

The only time you should even consider a drop pass is if 4 of your teammates are behind you, maybe 3.

Getzlaf has looked a lot better since the new year but this is the second straight game that carelessness and terrible decision making with the puck has bit him in the ass. It's shocking that a player who for the several past years has been known for seeing the ice so well has constantly demonstrated this season his complete lack of vision.

Getzlaf is the dumbest player in the NHL. Always has been. Looks at two open players and throws it to an empty area in the neutral zone. Holy ****ing stupid.

Wow a Karlsson on the PK sighting! The world is ending tomorrow! Aaaaand Wiffs on a clearing attempt.

When you're team has practically the worst pk in the league its kinda embarrassing to have your norris/hart dman sitting on the bench.

Wow a lot of turnovers by ANA in this game; they are lucky to have allowed only one in this game so far.

"The Ducks have a remarkable record when they score two or more goals this season"-Hayward

Most teams have good records when they do.

LOL comedy.

Ottawa saves it's best for last.

Puck was moving about 1 mile per hour when it crossed the line.

Oh, so that's why Karlsson doesn't kill penalties. Man was that pathetic.

Dude. He literally getting WORSE at defense. he was good last year, and has been inconsistently good in the past, but his awareness on his side of the blueline is absolute trash. he's consistently following the play with his eyes; if anyone gets behind him, he's lost to EK's vision, and he doesn't do anything but stand around tying no one up. He can go 10 games at a time looking good--even great--but then it's back to 5-6 games of Justin Schultz.
