If they wanted to throw ward an office gig for as long as he wants I'd be totally cool with it. But I hope he doesnt play any more games for the canes

Goalie player/coach?

Vegas showing that just because Toronto GM is stupid, doesn't mean you have to be stupid.

This. Times 1000. Dubas is a moron and it's only a matter of time before he gets completely exposed as the fraud he is. The Matthews contract is embarrassing. The Marner contract is sure to be, as well. Dubas/Shanahan and whomever else is making decisions up there simply did *not* have to do this. They used *none* of their leverage and got skewered. And worst of all, backed themselves into a corner where they're going to have to do it again.

But there's no rule that says other teams have to follow suit. I'm simply not worried about Aho's deal getting done, because the people who are criticizing the way the Canes are going about it are the same ones who praised Toronto for getting Matthews signed.

Based on the level of personality displayed in that video, I’d say he’s a plain cheese slice kind of guy.
This boy sings roused version on Country Roads when need be. We just don't unneedlessly feign excitement like a trained monkey.

New York. It's there. We've seen pics.

So basically that's their version of Jagermeister?

Sort of; apparently SalmiakkiKossu is the #1 alcohol of choice for the Finnish youths. Salmiakki itself is quite unusual: it's a combination of licorice (by itself quite a polarizing ingredient in these parts) and ammonium chloride (aka. salt of ammonia). Incredibly, it's considered to be a "candy" in Scandinavia and Finland.
