If that's how you've understood my posts then I suggest you work on your reading comprehension.

If you want to portray yourself ad an adult, your "yellow snow" comment didn't help.

I believe the word you're looking for is "whining", not "wining".

You're winning.

Good for you.

I'm not going to change my opinion.

But I have to ask: What university did you attend to make you such an authority on reading comprehension? Did you ever learn about Totalitarianism?

Nobody's "winning". This is a discussion forum, nothing more than that.

When I call you out for posting nonsense, I'm not necessarily expecting you to change your opinion. People sometimes do change their opinions here, but not often and you're entitled to your opinion, same as everyone else.

I'm not an "authority" on reading comprehension, but the lack of it is sometimes so easy to recognize, that even I can do it.

I'm not an authority on totalitarianism either but I'm pretty sure the word is not capitalized, and I'm pretty sure totalitarianism isn't relevant for the purposes of this thread. Reminder - this is a forum where people discuss hockey.

I'm throwing the towel in for your debate buddy. It seems like a very one sided affair

So for all the hate that Kallgren is getting, I think he has done his job and then some.
I will say this, I have posted against starting kallgren when it's not back to back because I don't see why we would start our 3rd stringer when we have better options?
That said I've also been a supporter of him. There is still the potential. I still feel he is behind Woll but he's not available to play so it doesn't matter.
All that to say I think it's fair be upset when he starts, under the circumstances I stated, but to belly ache about his skills I think comes from players that don't grasp you you said here, what his job is, and that's an insurance policy for when your top guys go down and to keep developing

The main problem is expectations. Folks want him to perform like a good backup, but he's not that, he's a 3/4 stringer. If he was as good as a normal backup he'd be in the NHL full time with another team.

I think he's played as well as someone in his position could have. And more importantly, mentally he is able to shake off his bad games..other guys would collapse, which would put the team into even worse position

Yeah I think "lol" was a good note to end it on (though it really should have ended a long time ago).

The bolded hits the nail on the head IMO. And the "shaking off" bit is accurate as well, I give him a lot of credit for the fact that his SV% is well above what it was a few weeks ago.

He is miles better than Hutch, Sparks, and other 2nds we had before.
