The launch pad didn't have a flame trench to prevent something like that from happening. Stupid move on Space X's part, this rocket produces 16 MILLION tons of thrust at launch ( more than twice that of the Saturn V that took Apollo to the moon) so there was bound to be a lot of debris kicked up by the launch. Photos of the launch site afterwards show quite a bit of damage to the concrete although the tower looks OK.

Well that's the rub right? Dude shouldn't be charged, but he's a jerk, so he gets what he gets. In this case, I think a DA wanted to make an example of a Hollywood type, especially one that nobody likes.

Yeah, the worst one, on the Twilight Zone, Vic Morrow and two child actors had a helicopter fall from the sky and land on them, killing them. John Landis, who directed it and produced it, was charged and put on trial and he beat the charge. He ended up getting hit with a child labor violation because they were working past the hours the kids were allowed, but that was it. In the end, he got off, and the families sued the production company, ultimately settling. The reason the helicopter crashed is because the explosion around it was too big and caused the thing to drop right onto Morrow and the kids. Morrow and one of the kids were decapitated, while the other was simply crushed.
Just make sure he wears pants.....My husband started a new remote contract today. They do Zoom instead of conference calls.
He has to wear something other than his TROPHY HUSBAND tshirt now.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday after the home goods retailer failed to secure funds to stay afloat.
Signed up for a garden plot at my apartment. I'll be here almost all of June so I am excited to plant a few early crops. Also planning to grow sunflowers and I think I am going to attempt potatoes in a bucket.
So far my garlic has done really well in the wild weather swings in Oklahoma. Looking forward to harvesting it in June when I get there.

I saw ours compared to last year and was like no way....turns out they mad a *keying entry error* which would have cost me another $2000
And amazingly, since I am self employed I thought I could deduct my truck repair expenses...Turns out you can only do repairs OR mileage, and since I did mileage in the past I am not allowed to switch for the life of the vehicle

Hes an actor in a movie set. Their job is to literally point firearms at people. This scenario is far different than any normal interaction with firearms. I grew up with and continue to own firearms. If you cannot see how a movie is different than the range I don't know what to say.
That being said, no reason a working firearm should ever be needed on a movie set.
21 is my section. It is split by the tunnel so half next to the Bruins bench and half behind the Bs bench.

Best way to take measure of the effects of chemicals on a large area is to look at livestock in that area. All 3 parts removed are what a lab would need for an accurate reading.
Have no idea if it was aliens or MiB or an angry neighbor pulling a stunt.
Just saying, for radioactive and chemical tracing on living organisms over time this is what you would do if you wanted to keep your research quiet.
