I've got ad blocker on my work computer.

Cool vid on Angus?
It is a good interview. He mostly talks about how he is healthy and really eager to play again. That being injured and unable to play hockey, that it helped him find even more certainty about his passion of be a hockey player and that he will do whatever it takes to make that dream come true.

Intrigued to see what Crookshank can do. Based on the start of his pro career, I can see him getting a mid season call up due to injuries with the Sens and sticking in the bottom 6.

He really is a mystery box sort of player right now.

I just want to see what he's capable of. Some depth on our lower lines would be incredibly helpful.

Rather harsh view at this time. Cookshank's performance in Belleville looks hopeful.
I like the player, but there are a few ahead of him on LW although depending on what happens to Formenton it could change. Jarventie LW given the yr he had last yr could also be ahead of Crooks, should be interesting who turns into the better player this yr when they are both on the team. Oh, & I forgot Ostapchuk is coming soon also to a theatre near you.

One of his benefits is that he can be a plug and play guy that's only going to cost the team league minimum for the next 3-4 years, which happens to be years we need those contracts. To boot he fits the teams "character" of hard working, pedal to the floor style.

Sounds like Kelly to me. :)
But I have not seen Crookshank play.

I love Crooked's game. All motor.

I honestly think he can follow a Formenton like path and really take off in the AHL this season.

I mean Crookshank was one of the best players in Belleville 2 years ago so it really wouldn't be surprising if he was one of the best players on Belleville this season.

I think he has a shot at making the big team.

Think he gets NHL games last season if he didn't get injured in camp.

I think he has middle-6 potential. I just hope he gets another year in the AHL. Let him put up big offensive numbers in Belleville (I dont think ppg is unreasonable) and then bring him up in 2023 if we look like a playoff team.

We've got the depth to season guys now.
