From all of the stuff I've read, Gauthier seems like a high end forward prospect that plays some defense. If I'm Zegras, I'd be expecting to be traded sooner rather than later as the Front Office and coaching staff don't like his D-zone effort coming into the season.

I think Zegras future is at wing unless we build just 3 excellent lines which is doable but damn a line with Zegras/McTavish/Gauthier makes alot of sense to me. Those guys will make space for him and he can focus on what he does best which is playmaking
