Guys - I want to try something here if everybody is OK with it. I've got a wrestler in mind but I want his participation to stay secret until he comes out. What I was thinking was sending his name via PM to HandsomeHollywood so I can use him on my card. If somebody else ends up selecting him as a Free Agent then that's fine and they can use him. If anybody has an issue with this just let me know here and I'll just scrap my idea.

That actually suits a wrestler I'm going to draft considering the idea I have for him. If this an option @HandsomeHollywood I will probably do the same.

Wouldn't that be funny if we both are thinking of the same wrestler. Since I'm done with my picks you could always PM me the name of the wrestler you are thinking of just to make sure.

I highly doubt we are and I'd rather not spoil it for you when it comes to seeing my card. I've already gone down the match road so if I miss out on him I miss out on him.

I think the way I drafted it's easy to see the matches. But then I started just f***ing around and talking to some friends and mixed stuff around. So i have 2 cards that are bat shit crazy. It could be hit or miss with the audience. So either go crazy or go with the original plan (simplified).

Gino Hernandez has been on my list for three years now. This year would have been the year I'd have taken him

Well whoever takes him first gets him, so if you've already drafted him then I'm out of luck. That said I don't need him and I'd be shocked if you took him. Some here may not even know who he is, but some will and will understand the significance.

I draft for myself as well. I've taken guys that people have commented on that they don't like and I still take them the next year.

Bret Hart was my most wanted, I've always wanted Owen Hart and Christian, I planned to do an Eddie Gilbert match, I wanted to create a team that I've made this time, glad to get some old favourites like Val Venis and La Parka for the first time. Nothing noteworthy has come to me idea wise but I'm content with how things are. I'm likely done drafting my in-ring wrestlers but I need to make a few more picks.

My card matches what I like pretty closely so I can't complain.

Savage going when he did is not at all shocking, but considering he went something ridiculous like 17th last year I figured I had a decent shot at him.

Willy taking the Bulldogs and then Adonis on me were two big blows to my plans.

I have 3 cards submitted. There is still no rush and you have lots of time if you need it. I still haven't picked a firm date for a deadline yet but that date will be posted as soon as it's decided on.

I was pleased enough to get him at 64. I didn't get the opponent I wanted for him but his match is at least a fresh one that should work well enough.

Agreed with these posts. I don't claim quality. I just hope to bring 1 or 2 smiles to a few guys' faces. It was a good, fun rookie year for me in terms of learning and research. My original plan was too general and loose. After the first 13 rounds I got more specific ideas, rallied, and some of those picks play major roles.

I have submitted my card , I think it's pretty much good to post . Might review / add a bit . I went purely on theme again. Got most people I wanted . But definitely will test the voters . I don't want to see wrestler X vs wrestler Y . I liked to be shocked , I try and bring back the notion " you will never know , what will happen tonight ! " That's what I love about wrestling - it's not the real world and wrestling fans are not easily offended .

Unfortunately, I wont have my card in until the weekend. I want to take my time to make it my best work, and wont be able to focus till the weekend.

A due date won't be decided until free agency is done. And free agency won't have an end date until we're down to around 3 people still picking. So once these things happen we'll all have due dates.
