I would imagine EP wants to go somewhere like NY, LA, Boston, Chicago. He is that type. And if he doesn’t want to be in Vancouver, what do places like Detroit or Ottawa have to offer? Not meaning to criticize those places specifically but they have both been mentioned in this thread. Both Ottawa and Detroit are worse teams and less desirable cities.

He absolutely wants to be in shorts 11 months out of the year and play on a team where there's one beat reporter assigned to the organization while they rush through the interview because they want to cover baseball.

Anything less than elite U22 pieces is a lost trade. Pettersson has no NTC or NMC, you get a bidding war going if you're smart here.

1... ouch...while Vancouver is playing great this season I am not so sure the longterm prognosis is as good as it is in Detroit...let alone the respective franchises commitment to winning and culture(the 1 area Detroit respectfully has a leg up on all other teams)

part of the issue for basically any team probably is $ need to go out. So someone like Provorov goes or there needs to be 2 deals in this specific scenario
