Paul did, yes, and she was also on Evolution and Survivor Series, so she had been around Vince and Kevin Dunn, who did not like a number of the women being brought up at that time. It was also at a time Paul had almost no power and was being punished for not squashing AEW, and a lot of those people were being buried on purpose.

She was constantly booked to job in NXT, don't think HHH ever thought they highly of her.

This was the interesting part and I may have missed it before:

Since returning to WWE last fall, the former WWE and AEW World Champion has popped up at WWE’s Performance Center in Florida, where rumor had it that Punk’s long-term goal is to succeed Shawn Michaels in NXT. During a revealing interview with Ariel Helwani in April, Punk talked about the years of wisdom he’s acquired after working for and studying under Paul Heyman, former wrestler and founder of Ohio Valley Wrestling, Danny Davis, and Vince McMahon. Punk also noted that he still asks questions to retired stars like Michaels and Triple H (Paul Levesque) while revealing his desire to give back to the industry.

Hiroshi Tanahashi said that there will be a second Historic X-Over show later this year and intend to incorporate more Stardom talent on NJPW shows. Of course, that’s something we’ve heard before, but I think it’s the first time Tana has addressed it. Shingo made an appearance at Stardom a couple weeks ago.

AEW in Iowa days after Lynch's contract expired? Both parties knew all along. Collusion. lol. Obviously as I am watching Rampage and they mention Iowa something clicks in my mind. It didn't click Wednesday or any previous day but this morning their plan dawned on me.
