Just feel like posting this for some reason:

Don't disagree on Warrior. Guys like Bob Holly and JBL were assholes too plus all the guys who have done criminal stuff but I was referring more to the backstage stuff.

People also forget Orton being a massive asshole when he was younger. Dude was shitting in divas' bags and dipping his balls in guys boots in the locker room. If I'm not mistaken, the belief by Ken Kennedy always was that he and Cena both went to Vince to have him fired.

If it weren't for his Dad, and mayyybbbeee a little because he was considered impeccable in the ring at a young age, he probably would've gotten the same treatment as Mark Jindrak.

CJ Perry ( Lana ) is in pretty bad shape.

from wrestlinginc.com:

AEW star CJ Perry, formerly known as Lana in WWE, has shared an update on her finger injury that required a hospital visit.

In a new update on social media, Perry revealed that the infection on her finger has worsened, and will now require surgery. She requested everyone to keep her in their thoughts.

She had disclosed a few days ago that her middle finger had swollen following an infection, which also spread to her arm. Perry stated in her recent update that she has been in the emergency room for over 50 hours.

The former WWE star was advertised to be in the corner of her new client, Andrade el Idolo for his first appearance in CMLL since 2015, but the injury kept her away from traveling to Mexico. She also missed the following night's "AEW Collision" show where Andrade faced another former WWE star, Claudio Castagnoli, in the Continental Classic tournament. The Mexican star lost the match, which was his first defeat in the tournament, but still sits joint-top of the Blue league alongside Bryan Danielson.

Dom, Rey, and Charlotte have all recently signed extensions. Dom's is possibly five years (Which seems kinda dumb on his end, considering he seems like he could be a world champion by then) and Charlotte's is supposedly one of the most significant women's deals in company history.

Becky is up in 2024, so assume she trumps Charlotte.

Worth noting: Seth and Drew are also both up in 2024. Don't think there's any doubt that Seth is re-signing.

It's probably best for all the boys and girls that AEW gets a TV deal that makes them a profitable company. This 2024 class is going to make an absurd amount of money more than they would if AEW didn't exist.

Tony Khan is just upset because back in the old WCW days, the Disco Inferno was more over with the crowd than 99% of the current AEW roster.

What was even said here?

FWIW, I'm generally on the same page as Disco and Konnan but sometimes they're way the f*** out there. And quite of bit of their content stems from mailbag questions from fans that are completely delusional.

Staying on the contracts topic... The timeline of WWE's contract strategy is a bit weird.

When AEW started they were throwing wads of money at guys to stay. After about two years, when AEW was hot, they were firing a bunch of those guys and apparently weren't too concerned about them going to AEW.

Now AEW is cold as ice, and WWE is throwing wads of money at guys again to keep them from going somewhere else. Granted... There was a slight shakeup in management and ownership a few months ago.

Well, we are talking about keeping people like Charlotte, Rollins, Becky and Drew. People you would pay a high amount of money to even without serious competition.

They'll continue to release the Dolph Zigglers are the World. They would not have in 2019.

I'm not really arguing the people they're paying now. More the people they fired a few years ago, which was headlined by Bray and Braun.

I'll be honest, I would pay Drew more because of the star potential he has in WWE. Seeing how awful Tony is at booking big guys, I wouldn't be paying him out of worry that he'd go to AEW.

But I also like the direction Drew is heading in WWE. It's nice to actually see some thought put into characters again.

Mercedes is apparently asking for a truck load of money to sign with any company long term.

More then what Charlotte just got in her new deal which was described as being really high

Apparently thats a big reason why the AEW talks fell apart.

Kind of wonder if she is overplaying her hand, is she really that hot of a commodity at this point, especially after being on the shelf for how long now?

She always had an inflated view of herself. She does have her stans online, but she is far from being that hot of a commodity. If I were Tony or even WWE, I do not think I would even sign her unless she comes cheap.

:laugh::laugh::laugh:

She's an injury prone, fringe Top 5 female talent in the WWE.

If you're WWE, let her go to AEW where they're doing a bang-up job with the women's division.
