It did carry on for quite some time. I was disappointed they never did anything with Jim/Pam and the girl who wanted him in the hotel. Like the story line sucked already so just pay it off. Like Pam sternly telling her off.

That storyline was better than the next season when they had tension but I didn’t hate the later seasons like others did. Was it off track for the concept of the show? Yes, but I feel it had just enough in the tank.

I was still happy to see a new episode in my pvr until the end. They cobbled enough together with additions like Pete and whatever the other guy’S name was, Clark Duke played, in the final season.
