For sure. I'm sure that was their plan from the start which is why they haven't jumped the gun on a trade yet. There are a few teams that missed out big time who were thought to be landing spots for a cpl of key free agents today. There will almost certainly be a cpl of hungry teams tomorrow who have no choice but to turn to the trade market.

Well at least now Vancouver fans can stop bothering Rangers fans about a trade...........(we were NEVER getting Schneider guys - not happening).

At this point you gotta think it's gonna be NJ, NYI or mayyyybe FL. NJ probably has the best pieces but they didn't seem overly stoked on Miller's age.........One of those teams has gotta blink thou.

Hoping a team like the Kraken takes Kadri off the board leaving the guys who missed out a chance to circle back and see what they can swing. Miller is still the highest impact forward available and sooner or later someone is gonna scoop him up.
