Yeah I just feel like a lot of the subtly hints are on Cole turning on Max. I could absolutely be wrong on it but the part with Strong and him telling him to trust him. I could see it leading to KOR's return. Add in Max sacrificing himself tonight for Cole and AEW has done the red herring turn in the Hangman/Omega pairing before too. Teased Hangman turning on Kenny multiple times and in the end it was Kenny that turned on Hangman. I think it is probably the most compelling way to go with the story but the other side could work fine as well. Main thing is I think they have some road to burn before a turn does happen.

So is Punk/MJF the title match in London?

If I was booker I would set up a Kenny Omega vs Punk match, have the Bucks interfere to get Kenny the win, which set up a 6 man tag team match where Punk would get his retribution. If Egos get into this maybe you have have an 8 man or 10 man tag team match(basically get a few patsy's to take the fall say like Adam Page or Colt Cabana)

And oh yeah most importantly I would make sure not to put any stipulations on any of these matches other then it being a regular singles matches and a regular 6/8/10 man tag team match.

If Cole turns on MJF you also don't have to make MJF an ultra babyface who panders to the crowd. He can be a pissed off face looking for revenge on Cole while still being ruthless.
