I agree and disagree at the same time. He's both a great and terrible heel because he has the crowd. They love him. TK desperately needs to find a way to make him a face... or at least an antihero face like Austin back in the good one days.

Honestly, and I was excited about him coming in Ibushi was probably the most disappointing part of the match. He looked rusty and in the worst shape I have ever seen him in.

To be honest, no one can look particularly good in a clusterf*** match like this.

I mean I think he looked the worst. I have always been a fan, he looked puffy and his strikes looked worse then they usually do. Is what it is, just one match but not his best introduction to a new audience.

Ibushi didn't do anything noteworthy, but at the same time, has he ever been in a match like that at all? They don't really do multi-man clusterf*** steel cage with thumbtacks, nail boards, forks, and blood in Japan unless we're talking FMW.

It's kind of like if your favorite hockey team traded for a flashy goal scoring winger and put him on the 3rd line checking line.

I think he'll look more in his element in a singles match or a tag match with Kenny. I'm just glad he was able to show up and his orgasmic face while coming out was pretty funny.

The bed of nails spots were insane, but the timing of them hurt the match. Crank things up to a 10 and fans will expect more 10s and then an 11 for the climax (“we want fire”).
