Or just away from the ring? The guy is mid AF. Call me sacrilegious all you want, but I was never a Sting mark. His name isn't nearly the draw it used to be. Pairing Sting with a guy like Darby doesn't boost Darby the way adding a guy like Christian Cage as Luchasaurus' manager/handler.

I was thinking they could have been working us a bit with the severity of it. I thought maybe he rolled his ankle and they’re playing this up, but I guess not.
 
Let me throw this out there - what if the attackers were from The Bullet Club setting up a Bullet Club vs Bullet Club feud ???? I have not read this anywhere and it's totally my prediction so feel free to crap on it when it ( more than likely ) doesn't pan out. :nod:

considering the Wrestledream show is an Inoki tribute and has some Japan guys involved it really isn't half crazy, of course it might have been good to start building it sooner but we'll see

It will probably end up being some nxt rejects or the dork order though

Or…since they just feuded with Andrade, and there was a big collision tease about Los Ingobernales…it’s them?

Someone on Reddit mentioned jungle boy. I don’t think it was him but that would be interesting to see play out.

This is a good theory. They did some vignettes a couple weeks back of Vance and Dralistico getting their shit kicked in at bars and strip clubs or something. Point is they were trying to tease their return as a bigger, stronger group.

The devil mask might be a red herring meant to throw suspicion on Cole to ruin the friendship.

BCG use it as an excuse to run in on MJF, MJF blames Cole and #neckstrong. Los ingobernales (or whoever) pick off the survivors.

…or this really is Adam Cole turning. He wears the devil mask now as Max is full on scumbag face.

Mjf is the one that planted the seeds in his head to be heel. He said being a side kick is holding him back. Now roles are reserved mjf is face and teaming up with a buddy. Jungle boy is heel and on his own.

Storyline I think there could be something they can do with this. I don’t think jungle boy should be taking the title right now but build him up. People are so hard on Jungle Boy but give him time to improve his mic skills and develop himself as a heel character.

Face MJF vs. Jack is interesting, but down the line maybe in a non-title feud. Jack still needs to build himself up I think and I'm sure the 4 pillars will all have many feuds and matches with one another in the coming years.

If they push Jack to the main event I'll be so pissed. There are so many better heels in the company than Jack Perry. I would take Dark Order in the main event over Jack Perry.
