Swerve was fantastic tonight. They really need to start building a Starks and Swerve feud and let them run with it. That has money and big hype matches. Easily match of the year candidates.

I am slightly. Putting the title on Tana would mean he has to be in the States for a while, which is kind of a tough ask with G1. But New Japan doesn't really need him for that at this point. But I did think he would win.

That event was so so so f***ing good.

Maybe a humble brag maybe posting cause this the wrestling section of a hockey forum but I was live at forbidden door watching my Avs win the Stanley Cup on my phone with my fiancé while the 4 way for the iwgp title was going in the background only to us. Surreal experience

Kingston is definitely winning me over. I thought he was a garbage wrestler a few months ago. But the man can tell a story in the ring. He's a poor man's Mick Foley and I mean that as a compliment.

Overall decent PPV. Made me download alot of recent NJPW events.
