I truly don't understand why Cage isn't a more popular heel. He's a brick shithouse, he can wrestle, he can kind of fly, and his rip off of Kanyon's "who betta" just hits so good in the wrong way. I really like the dude

I think it is in tribute to Kanyon. He was a friend of Kanyon's - appears in his Dark Side of the Ring episode.
I agree that it's surprising he isn't better received. I think part of that comes with early on being fed to the top faces- losing to Moxley, Page*, Allin.
*he did get a win over Page in there somewhere.

Agreed. Lethal is an absolute pro getting through that. Constantly underrated.

Also, Mark is a complete pro too. Guy came out with a smile on his face ready for a professional wrestling match. He broke after the match though, but man. Protect Mark Briscoe at all costs.

Lethal has been a stellar signing since he arrived. Always enjoyed him, and he has helped solidify the mid card. Great matches, and has shifted well between roles as a respected baby face veteran and the cagey heel.

Oh, I figured it was a tribute. I kind of took at as a personal tribute, but Kayfabe ripoff. I like it either way.

I never watched TNA/impact but some of their clips made their way into my FB video queue. Lethals work with Flair was awesome

To be fair he actually had a good run with it. Gives Joe and Wardlow a month to pick their feud back up heading into the PPV. Seems to have worked out well. Probably the best booked run the TNT title has had in a year or so anyway.

I am enjoying the womens division there more than I have in the past. Hopefully Statlander is on the mend and back soon.
