Pretty hard to be convicted of rape if you didn’t do it considering the amount of people who get off with zero repercussions due to it being “he said she said”. Usually some damn good evidence needs to be presented for a rape conviction.

Mike Tyson is a rapist. Biggest free pass in the public eye of all time. He is inarguably a worse person than Jay Briscoe and yet that was fine with Warner brothers.

Being "found guilty" of rape does not make you a rapist. Raping someone makes you a rapist. The justice system is not perfect and people get wrongfully convicted. From what I've read (and it was years ago that I read it so I won't be specific), the case was handled terribly and his lawyer sucked. I don't believe Tyson is a rapist.
