I wonder what got WBD to change their minds, it's a shame it took this, you hate to think this way but maybe if they hadn't "banned" the Briscoes from AEW then maybe there is no tribute show needed as the guys may have been on site for Dynamite instead of Jay being at home

I joked that Johnny Ace must be consulting with WBD. I give TK a lot of static sometimes, but good on him for getting Mark on TV. Sucks that Jay never got the same opportunity. America would have loved the Briscoes.
 
Mark literally didn’t do anything, that’s why he’s allowed on TV. Warner Bros issue was with Jay’s homophobic tweet. Mark wasn’t gonna appear on TV without his brother though. Now that Jay is gone there’s no excuse to not put him on TV.

Mark can work as a single too. I hope he beats Lethal with a Jay Driller

It wasn’t just Warner, they were persona non grata in WWE too. No one really ever spoke up for Jay and he never really wanted to set the record straight publicly, presumably I guess because he didn’t want to be seen as trying to gain clout. Would like to see that happen at some point since now he never will.

Agreed. Lethal is an absolute pro getting through that. Constantly underrated.

Also, Mark is a complete pro too. Guy came out with a smile on his face ready for a professional wrestling match. He broke after the match though, but man. Protect Mark Briscoe at all costs.

Will love to see an image today "Mark Briscoe is all elite"

That was recorded around Christmas...little eerie some of the wording used without knowing in 3 or so weeks what would happen

If it's any consolation, that show CRATERED in the ratings; its debut lost a lot of Dynamite's viewers. Us wrestling fans will put up with a LOT, but seeing grown men slapping each other silly is too much.

Very eerie. Very sad. Recently he’s been talking about Jay’s passing and what he meant to him and Cash.

its nice hearing from Dax- I have a real appreciation for his dedication to the business

The ratings went up a decent chunk this week, unfortunately

Ads for it are everywhere. Dana is backing the brinks truck up to try and make this work. Total clown.
