You are getting worked. We have literally no idea what his contract status is at this point. Everything he says about it at this point is a work. Like AEW is retweeting stuff about him being a free agent. Most likely scenario is something was worked out between AEW and MJF over the summer. The whole he got more money with no extension thing is clearly BS though full stop.
