Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I finally saw some real moves by Laf. The goal is nice but I saw him trying and making some more finesse plays instead of just playing hot potato. I'm encouraged off that first period.

A lot of people were discouraged by his lack of finesse and I think it was obvious to many that it was due to lack of confidence. It was never a question of skill. You don’t go that high and win back to back CHL POTY honors and be hyped as being that good without having elite puck skills. NHL isn’t easy. Sometimes fans forget that. Not everybody’s brain works the same out on the ice. Confidence is unique and can’t be calculated.

Gallant wont like the late penalty he took, but he continues to look good on the top line. He's got a chance to score 20 goals
Anyone notice how even when Shesterkin gives up goals early or semi-early he usually just shuts the door in the 3rd? Especially when we're trailing.

He was real close to a 2nd goal tonight. And as easy as some people say it is to switch from lw to rw, Kreider hasn’t had success with it in his career, so it’s possible Laf could be doing even better at his natural side. Let’s hope he keeps it going bc this line has been great

Damn it! I always get confused. My biggest fear is doing this in a thread on the board of the team we're playing.
NYR even strength goals. Laf is 2nd on the team, trailing Kreider by 2. Look at those zeros on PPG and PPP. Kid needs to replace Strome.
IT's so good that we've gone from 'hoping he makes a dangerous play' to 'expecting him to make a dangerous play'.
4 pts in his last 5 games and 6 in his last 10. he's unlucky not to have at least few more assist over that span as well

Not gonna say he’s “arrived” but I heard the car pull in and his keys jangling in his hand as he’s walking to the front door.
I see a 50-60 point season on the horizon. He's already shown he can score all kinds of goals and his playmaking is there, just hasn't been capitalized on. With regards to PP - I think Strome will eventually be kicked off but Kakko might also be vying for that time so not certain he'll see that much more next season.
