Happy to see Svozil back but I hope he's not being rushed. The hit he took looked worse than Rasmussen's cheap shot on Laine and Laine still isn't fully recovered based on rink reports.

PP units look exciting on paper.

Jd just said he wants KJ to play some center in Cleveland but there he is still on the wing.

Good to see Svozil back. Gets an early assist on a Gaunce goal. Blankenburg also with an assist. 1-0 over Bellville. Bellville's camera seems a mile away from the ice. I think it is because it started out with the larger ice surface and has since been reduced to regular size.

Kent Johnson brings the puck up from his own zone and scores his first. 4 points in 3 games. He's playing center tonight. Got tossed out of the face off after his goal. No assists on the goal.

Edit: TFW and Greaves were given assists on Johnson's goal.

Svozil scores from the point on the PP. First for him. Goal and an assist in his first game back. 3-0. Monsters PP came into the game 6th in the league. A little over 24%. McKown and Pyyhtia with assists.

Monsters win 4-2. Greaves with 27 stops on 29 shots. Played well. Late penalty and having a player hit into him trying to make a save cost him his shutout. Nice rebound after giving up 7 in his last game. His 6 wins lead the league. Cleveland tied for second with 14 points, 7-3-0-0. Johnson gets first star, TFW and Greaves the other two.

Each halfwall player there has ideal handedness for quick one-touch plays. Monsters were 2/3 on the PP vs Belleville. I wish Recchi and Vincent were taking notes from the game:

Monsters lose in OT. Still get a point. Cajan looks like he played well. Didn't get a chance to watch. 2-1.
