Another player making NHL money who shouldn’t be in the roster. Dorion acquired him and then said he needed to get into game shape - the coach obviously doesn’t want him in the lineup. Stupid move, completely wrong type of player for DJ Smith

WTF is going on with Tierney? He has struggled and been so bad. He's killing every good chance and dumping the puck away to nobody so much. Drives me crazy.
so odd how his game has completely fallen off

Wonder if his last injury is just something he can't get past

We got rid of balcers and demelo but kept tierney.
Nice work.
Now we claim gaudette and bench him.

I mean, Tierney is not good, but we had no centre depth when we re-signed him. White was struggling, Norris wasn’t established, Pinto was still in college, Stützle had never played an NHL game. It probably saved us from acquiring two Derek Stepan’s so it was fine.

I’m not sure any of those players are concerns for the team right now.

Tierney will be traded at the TDL or somewhere after and we’ll replace him internally. This really isn’t an issue.

If Gaudette was seen as an upgrade at centre they would play him, we have also been playing really well lately and you don’t change a winning line up.

It's a good point. The less work for Dorion, the better for us.

More harm than good for sure! They have been controlling us with these vaccines for centuries!

We use to be able to die in peace at 40-50 y/o and now we're stuck living for a hundred years! f***ing government

Gaudette scores but makes a couple defensive mistakes and he never sees ice again.

Sanford can't score and makes several terrible giveaways in front of his net in the last two games and faces zero consequences.
Do you seriously think the coach has something against Gaudette after one game and that it has nothing to do with not wanting to change a lineup that shutout the defending cup champs and then beat the #1 team in the league 8-2? Come on man...

It's not hard to see what happened. He scores a goal then is on the ice and basically directly responsible for 2 goals against.

Sorry, but that's not gonna work at all.

It’s his first game on a completely new team

he deserves some slack

The Roman times life expectancy is a little misleading. It's listed as around 33yrs of age, but that's because infant mortality rates were so high that they skew the numbers. For people who, for lack of a better term, survived infancy, life expectancy was a lot longer.

Glaring problem with the coaching of DJ Smith. Same BS with Brannstrom not playing and guys like Josh Brown getting minutes.

- Tierny is not playing any worse than he has most of his time here, he's just there playing with other guys who are just there. Not terrible, but not any good either, just there.

- what's the point of putting in Guadette, he isn't going to change the firtunes of this team & he has little value in the NHL. Sanford at least has more cache & a SC ring & if he can do a little more might actually return something & more than Guadette ever will.

- Brannstrom isn't playing because he is injured & when he does he isn't all that good. This is a good time to look at Thomson as they did & JBD to see where both are in their development. We have already seen hat Thomson looks better than Brann at the NHL level at least defensively.

- life expectancy was very low during Imperial Roman times because murdering people was a national pass time. And this is not to mention how much they loved to see lions chase & eat people alive. I've been to the colliseum in Rome, it's a very impressive structure yet disgusting at the same time given what we know was happening there at the time.

who wouldnt you try Gaudette over tierney at this point?

Its just DJ playing his boys as usual. Give him another 10 games and he will make the swap
