Hasn't really made McDavid/Matthews a whole lot better. Cost the line a goal. He was clearly the third wheel there.

Didn't cost that line a goal, because that goal would not have gone in had Rinne not been pushed in the net. Scheifele has been good the entire tournament. Perfect winger for Mcdavid. Just like Bergeron has been for Crosby.

Wow did matthews create, mcdavid needs to finish more. Ghost was subpar imo. Ekblad and rielly were absolute anchors on the top pairing.

That was some amazing hockey from team NA. Real fun to watch, from top to bottom the lineup was solid to incredible.

Think the McDavid line came out of the gate the strongest but the rest of NA just got better as the game went on. (Until the 3rd where they kinda held back a bit it seems)

No complaints really, thought Ghost played quite a risky game today but he's worth keeping on the team. Don't think Trouba knocks anyone off for the 2nd game imo.

The transition game is UNREAL. Create so much speed out of the neutral zone and I'm betting other teams get surprised by it too.
