I remember that GDT and loved it. I think Richards was like some Viking warrior and Mitchell was some dude in a tiger outfit. Going to have to check it out again.

I dug up the ECSF game 7 GDT and it turns out that I missed it when it was initially posted. Absolutely hilarious!

Heading to the Rock for this one...Devils should thank us for filling their building as they've had to go the pathetic Tampa Bay route where they spam you with 60/70% discounts on tickets just to get people in the doors and that practice started by the second game of the season...looks like their fans were really dieing to get hockey back!

17,200 is the Garden's capacity this season for hockey due to the renovation.

Thats the whole point..they milk the markets that actually have fans that show up and support their teams so that otherteams can offer these living social deep discounts just to get people in the door ala the Devils and florida teams have to do.

And then they wonder why they were teetering on bankruptcy and needed a severe restruction of their debt to keep from going under.

I always suspected that once the organization stabbed their home growns in the back and gave Kovy 100 MILLION dollars it would be impossible to keep Zach a Devil. Really not surprised he left. Especially after the threw Langenbrunner under he bus. I think it weakens the rivalry and I've pretty much lost interest in the Devils.

If you're going by that ESPN list, they didn't take into account that MSG's capacity is 17,200 and not 18,200. Last time I checked, our listed average was 17,200.

Sigh, we've dealt with losing Stevens, Niedermayer, Holik, Gomez, Rafalski and Martin. And you know what? We always continue to chug along.
