The Hawks apparently hate big Dmen...and SAH defensive Dmen..Prefer smaller great skating g puck-mover types...soft but good with the quick stick...get pushed around but in the end skill kills and we win...5hat's the Bowman line...apparently..So I guess it means Svedberg will be traded...Remember ...Stan's next GM's pet is NOT Pokka ...but rather Erik Gustafsson who fits the small skilled gifted puck-mover to a T..Sure we have Keith and Dailey as LD who move the puck...but are 3 of this type not better than 2 ? Even if on the same side.Remember...when Keith first came to the NHL he was nothing great defensively....had to learn and improve...May e they feel Gustafsson can duplicate and improve defensively too..As for Dailey..he will adjust to our system...play with a great D-partner in Hammer and so not be as terrible defensively as some have posted on these boards..but still we do have 1 problem...No LD shot blocker on D..means the Oduya pk role cannot b replicated..so they need to adjust the pk in other ways lime better forward pressure on the opposing d-points..to do that Toews and Hossa gotta be taken off the PK...Toews will shift to scoring g more...Hossa needs to conserve more energy fir his agi g body just to try to keep his scoring g where it us because already it has started to fall off the cliff...Garbutt is a very good pk pressure guy on the point guys for the opponents..so he will help.May e Desjardins gets a bigger role on the pk...Kruger still should be there..Maybe Anisimov spells Toews in that pk duty role..They will figure it out but Q us an idiot if he keeps wasting g Toews and Hossa energy on pk duty..We need faster pressure guys attacking g the points and cutting down the amount t of shot blocking as required in the past..So they need to adjust the pk personnel and strategy.
