Yea, this really isn't shocking. Again, the Zucc goal against Carolina was MUCH more of a goal. This one was never going to count.

That goal was the result of skill hard work....its a goal.

It was the right call. You can't see the puck even if its obvious that the puck went over the line. You have to see the puck.

The puck is behind the post. The only place it can be is behind the line.

This is a simple 1+1=2 scenario.

However, the war room views it as 1+1=**** the Rangers

got to say that was the right call unfortunately. everyone knows it was probably in the net, but you can't prove it, so if it only was 99.9% in the net, you can't call it a goal.

Exactly. It is possible that the edge of the puck was still touching a fraction of the goal line. We couldn't see it so its not a goal. A brutal break but its the right call even though the most likely scenario is that the puck was fully across the goal line.

Except that's not true. I've seen it countless times when a goalie slides into the net and the puck is in his equipment that a goal is awarded.
