This gruesome war hopefully won't last forever. Anyway, I also doubt that Putin will deny his subjects vacations in Turkey or Egypt, where millions of Russian citizens have been for decades. And at least a few years ago, even North Korea allowed several soccer players to play at clubs abroad.

Wonder what the path forward is for him. I was hoping he had been taken in the CHL import draft, but doesn't look like he was. He plays in an organization that is notorious for not giving youngsters playing time...hopefully he's at least loaned out to a VHL team to get some pro games because he's too good for juniors at this point.

He is an overager. Was eligible for last years draft by a few weeks.

I personally had this kid at #13 on my list. Some risk - but man is the reward worth salivating over.
