I remember listening to a Pens v Flyers game on the radio during the 2011-2012 season while driving back to college.

Bundy was losing it on Crosby

I think you can still find his rant somewhere on the internet.

Isn't it odd that certain haters NEVER show up when we win. I don't get it. Can't people be happy when we win, then pissed if we lose?

Some people only show up here when things are bad. Must be fun at a party.

That's because they aren't fans. They're doing it to intentionally **** you off.

Provorov had rough start, then was a monster. Couts line with another strong game. Unfortunately, G was a no-show.
At least Voracek was better though. Made that line somewhat serviceable. But I'd like to see more from Giroux as well.

The Internet often seems like a channel for anger, but yeah, I agree.

Heh I've made that comparison too before. Solid hockey sense, just throws himself into battles, shoots ****ing everything, flashes of skill but nothing mind blowing.

Not gonna lie, wouldn't mind seeing him play a few games in the top 9 with 2 NHL calibre players.

Couturier line again was the best line in scoring chances and high danger chances. They just create so much off the forecheck and cycle (compared to Schenn line which is pretty much operating exclusively off the rush). And of course 14-24 is good in their own end. Do worry about how much they'll actually finish, but they look really good. Cousins is the skill guy on that line funny enough, and it has worked.

He did set Voracek up fir a great scoring chance that a Jake shot right into McI. glove.

But Jake is a beast when he is on. He is so good at holding off defenders. If only we had shooters for G and Co to pass to.

Giroux was not too bad at all tonight though...

Set up Jake twice for nice chances.

Got in all alone on the goalie for a decent chance himself too.

Blocked a shot that was going in if he did not.

I mean, he did not have a great game... but it was not bad by any means. Just middling.

I wouldn't mind seeing him play a few games on the 4th line with 2 NHL caliber players.....

He definitely has some tunnel vision, but you'll see him actually make heads up little plays or find soft spots and you do wonder if he doesn't still have some more to offer. Nothing major, just good 4th liner scoring.

Of course they wound up with the minus when Cousins ran into Manning, but **** happens when you're scrambling. That's hockey for you.

Not odd at all, the idiot trolls only appear when they lose so they can cry.

Right now they're tucked under their bridges, waiting for the next loss, completely devastated that the team won.

They matched against Matthews and his line and just completely neutered them to the tune of a 72% CF% and 80% SCF%. The unfortunate goal was against Kadri. Aside from that and an early long shift in their own end, pretty much clinical.

Under their bridges, and down their hatches.
