He did his first year and a half in the NHL and was great.

Yes, farmer has some bad first shifts. This was one of em.

Couturier was a little better in this one. Giroux was scarily invisible.

Weird to see tight checking hockey from a Leafs team.

Giroux had a sick pass to Voracek for a near goal but yes, was quiet otherwise.

Didn't help that we had, what, 1 powerplay? We should have had about 5.

Matthews was invisible too. Did they play head to head a lot? I'm not sure as I was downing many New Belgium beers

On Hockey Central today the analyst said the Leafs were completely outplayed all night long. I thought it was more even than that, but it was interesting to hear a Toronto perspective.

Yea, there was a big stink about why their 4th line was out when they were trying to tie the game...... and they were out against our 4th line trying to prevent them scoring a tieing goal!
