In the year 2022 and people still don’t understand what betting odds actually mean. More of the money was in Toronto so they had worse better odds. They are in the business of making money make the Leafs big dogs and get flooded with bets from Leaf fans….not a great business decision now is it?

That said, the game is played on the ice 100/100 times and they’re pros, but if Tampa is unstoppable in these spots / home they should be a little higher than -137. Feels like a trap line (as a hopeful Leafs fan)

Leafs came out flat in games 4 and 5. They need to not do that tonight. Tampa should be flying off the faceoff and the Leafs need to match intensity early.

But if you win 5, lose 6 and 7? Worst case scenario in Toronto.

Leafs have to win this. They've put themselves in this spot before and failed every time. These two games are what the entire fanbase has talked about and waited for. These two games determine the direction of the franchise
