I really want to see Andersson between Lemieux and Fast. I think that could be a long term line.

Not too concerned with the outcome of this one. Caps D has gotten thin but they’re still loaded up front. Ovie or Carlson is having a multipoint night, I’d almost book it.

Will Gudas run one of our guys? Will we answer? Maybe if Lemieux plays.

I just want to see the Rangers play hard, contest pucks, and support each other like a team. If they can do that, I'm happy with the season. The skill part tends to show up last once the foundation is set.

Well the alternative would have been what? Putting Kreider on the 3rd line? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you guys wouldn't have like that very much either. Kreider isn't one of the prospects, he's a veteran who has extensive experience and chemistry playing with Zibanejad.

We won't win many games this season in which the powerplay doesn't score at least once. That's just the reality. We're gonna have to lean on it really heavily. The PP guys have to get it done more consistently.

So Lemieux wasn't sick? He was fairly lackluster in the first few games; I have no problem with the healthy scratch.

Andersson playing with Haley and Smith is cruel and unusual punishment. Playing with Lemieux and Fast might actually be worth his time in development.

Also if none of the depth forwards improve, I'd have to imagine we're one game away from a Chytil callup.

You think the Andersson situation is bad you should have seen the Flyers board after Farabee didn't make the team and they went out and signed Chris Stewart.
