I thought Kreider was one of the better players versus Jersey (I voted for him). He wasn't particularly effective but he appeared to be consciously getting physically engaged. I suspect Quinn saw this and is rewarding him. Also can't hurt to showcase him a bit. Buchnevich was the opposite. If he continues to play sad he'll get benched. Again, just my take.
