Thank youRespecting/acknowledging the existence of LGBTQ+ people and the discrimination they face is not a political statement.
A slight variant to add but both the Flyers and opponents said the puck got lost in the Cooperalls (back when).Someone who plays would have to say whether or not that matters competitively.
He's a grown man and he's free to believe whatever he wants to. No one is forcing you to agree with him and he's not forcing his beliefs on other people. Obviously there are people that will defend him because that's the world we live in, people are free to have a choice. There's not one thing in this world that everyone will agree on and that's never going to change. Sure it makes him look like a POS, but I doubt he really cares.
I’ll talk about the actual game, not whether a refusal to wear an advertisement = a hate crime.
The Flyers dominated the game, & Anaheim was lucky to get to 1-1 in the second.
Anaheim is an utter mess of a team. No effort, no defense, no focus. The Flyers outhustled & outworked them all over the ice. Tons of second & third efforts to win pucks by the Flyers, vs barely an effort by Anaheim in many cases. Quite embarrassing.
All those guys did that, as we came to find out.Apparently he and his GF troll the internet to read what people say about him, so I think he does care.
He's going to get a lot of praise in Russia and a lot of hate in NA. Wonder how that's going to go for him.
Worst case for him, his deal gets terminated in some way and he goes and plays in the KHLApparently he and his GF troll the internet to read what people say about him, so I think he does care.

Not to mention making that statement is, in fact, making a stance on the matter.Nobody is saying this or discussing it. Please try to engage in honesty someday.
Hes on YouTube , he worked for them and has some interviews with absolute stars. I will ask if he ever worked with Vince.
Like clockwork, every time.Nobody is saying this or discussing it. Please try to engage in honesty someday.
I hope he reads about how many people want him off this team, for both on and off ice reasons.Apparently he and his GF troll the internet to read what people say about him, so I think he does care.

This is in celebration of the Hayes hat trick, right? It's been a long, long time since a post gdt made it to double digits pages....looks like this is one way to break that streak...
Risto’s goal reminded me of this lovely tally by Randy Jones back in the day.
The patience and the skill.
Don't know if he scored a goal with pride tape, but former Phantom Kurtis Gabriel used it in game.I think a Devils' player scored with such tape.

Could have been on the shaft rather than the blade. I don't fully recall but upon a quick search.... there is an article on NHL.com from that point in time.Don't know if he scored a goal with pride tape, but former Phantom Kurtis Gabriel used it in game.
He scored 2 NHL goals. Can't find a video of either, though. You know he didn't.
