Over time, watching this team. Everybody's gripes have some merit. Our coach is stupid. Our roster does have holes. But you know what? I am so sick of the excuses right now. They aren't losing right now because of any of that. They are losing because they look like they are coasting and not putting forth all of their effort and they have suspect decision making. Any professional team could beat any other professional team at any time. I don't care about depth and all of that. The Pens are dogging it and dog it in games like this because they believe that their pedigree alone will get them a few goals. Ffs, Pascal Dupuis even released a statement about saving energy. I just can't believe it. It has become part of the culture of this team. This team would be in the Stanley Cup finals every year if players like Letang gained some common sense and this team left nothing on the ice after the game.
