I didn't see the first goal but are we really crucifying Hank for letting in a breakaway and a snipe? By that logic Talbot let in a soft goal last game too.
 
If Callahan won't go to the net and stay there on the powerplay I'm sure JT Miller will.
 
Two soft goals let in by Lundquist, and a BS ref call on Krieder. This could be the worst goaltender signing since Dipietro. Sather and Dolan should go sell shoes or something.

Yes, definitely bench Lundquist.
I think that the players is affected by our goalies mindset/mood/energy.

nervous and uptight energy vs. calm and positive energy, both contageous.
it's not about not being there for Hank, but being there for Talbot in my opinion.

Seriously, I get that giving Cally **** is the cool thing to do these days, but pay attention.

Henrik just awful. Shouldve stopped Wizz. A defenseman! A ****ing defenseman and hes not at the top of the crease plus as usual getting beat up high. When will he catch on? Opposing players know where he is vulnerable. Just bad.
 
Elite goaltenders have to come up big and make big saves every so often. Hank flat out isn't. Bob is for them. Difference of the game so far.

Hank already made a few huge saves this game, but its the continual defensive breakdowns on the previous two goals, and you're going to be down. It doesn't matter who you are.

What it be nice if he could save the breakaway, or the guy with a prime chance from 5 feet away? Of course. It's not like he's not trying, but those grade a chances are going to get buried. It's a fact. Every hockey player, and goalie knows this.

My point is that its ok to be critical/objective about Hnak's play. Like i said im a hank fan and he has had a tremendous career BUT this year he is average at best. Look im not absolvign teh defense BUT you cant always blame them. Talbot has had defensive breakdowsn as well and he has done great
 
Everyone needs to wake up...hank is declining....way to go Sather...shouldn't of signed him...now we're stuck with him basically forever...you wonder why we can't be as good as Blackhawks? Cuz we have a goalie taking all the cap space and he sucks and can't make a important save
 
Amazing how the momentum completely changed with the 5 minute major and game misconduct on Kreider.

Kreider held himself up from drilling him then gave him a tap on the side of tyutin who happened to be off balance. Give him 2, but not 5 and a game, that's a joke. Anytime a player gets injured on a hit they throw a player out.

Anyways, Rangers are without their leading goal scorer for the third. So the Rangers need to dig deep and find a way to get 2 points out of this game or they lose another chance to get 2 games over .500.

Bro, there are no soft Talbot goals. Only temporary lapses in godlyness.
 
The game was over on Atkinson's breakaway. Hank's gotta make that save. I know it's a breakaway but he's paid to make that save and keep the game tied. Didn't happen. L

I thought this is what some fans wanted: to get a closer examination of the team wound without that band-aid holding everything all together.

Guess what?

The band-aid came off! This is the extent of the real injury. Gangrene, puss infection of a wound. A team that still is inept at shooting. A team that folds faster than tissue paper. A team consisting of players with..maybe an iota worth of talent..maybe.
 
What's with the rookie users bashing Lundqvist every game? Did you guys sign up just for that purpose?

You're not as cool as you may think.
