I'll be wearing my winter classic jersey there tonight to remind all of their fans of that magical game!

Anyone else going?

If the top line plays like it did last night, we should win.

If they don't, and the rest of the team doesn't step up, we will have an issue.

Ok that Bruin game is over, time to get to work.

I have no problem with Henrik in net tonight. He needs time to get sharp and this is a division game. Id give Biron the game against the Leafs because 3 games in 4 nights is tough on a goalie.

The Rangers were still running around in their own end at times, chasing the puck. That needs to stop. When they are at their best they are staying in their lanes and letting the play come to them, and when the puck arrives in the their quadrant, attack.

Too many times are we seeing the weakside D and wingers slide over to the puck side and it creates overcompensation and open lanes all over the place. Then the dominoes start falling. Its obvious they need to settle down their over-anxiousness and trust the system. I'd like to see that improved tonight, a perfect place to focus on the D, on the road, 2nd game in a back to back.

Hank is guilty of it as well, overcompensating and not being "quiet" enough in the crease. He was following the rest of his defense on a few plays and it lead to some scrambling. Benny and him will recognize that and fix it quickly. Thats why it may be good for Biron to get a start soon because hes very calm in the net and it could help settle down the movement in front of him.

Wouldnt mind seeing Bickel benched, Eminger dress and Newbury put on the 4th. He offers more to the team on the forecheck and I thought he filled in very nicely during a stretch when they needed him last year.

Nothing flashy, but he gets the job done within the system and thats important right now when you are trying to build back that confidence.

I am calling it now:

There will be a fight within the first 30 seconds of this game. The Flyers are going to try and intimidate and make it a slug-fest. Get their fans into the game and create momentum that way. They don't match up well skill-wise especially with their injuries.

I bet that is why Bickel is in the line-up.

Kreider should be playing...but I guess one game out won't be the end of him . He has to play guys...and we have to take our lumps with him . He is a guy that has speed and size and you need those young legs in the playoffs as we saw last year when he came in . He can back guys up...just like Nash is doing .

I'm OK with the King going tonight as I want to see him get back in game shape mentally and physically .

Flyers will be going all out to win or else get a pound of flesh this game...heads will need to be on a swivel in this game . I would expect no less than 4 scraps from them . I am glad they don't have guys like Carcillo with them anymore .

If everybody is fired up I see this as a 5-1 victory . I think the PP gets a couple tonight .

Yeah we will likely have both Shelley and Sestito in the lineup due to injuries. I'm sure at least one of them will try and cause some ****, if not both. They have no other use

Sestito is not a hockey player...maybe Dancing with the Stars for him?

So with Asham and Kreider out of the lineup we'll probably see

Gaborik - Richards - Nash
Hagelin - Stepan - Callahan
Newbury - Boyle - Pyatt
Rupp - Halpern - Bickel

Or I guess they could move Halpern to 3LW and have Newbs center the fourth line. Probably just as likely.

Halpern - Boyle - Pyatt's not a bad third line. That fourth line is another story.

4th line with Newbury is a disaster, will have 3 shifts

I'd bet Pyatt starts on the 2nd line, thats' where he was playing at the end of last game

Third line of Hagelin-Boyle-Newbury

Rupp - Newbury - Bickel will be seeing more time in the penalty box than on the ice. I bet you!!!:p:
